Prohibited & Items
Amasample’s Prohibited & Restricted Items provisions are incorporated into Amasample’s Terms & Conditions,
and definitions from the Terms & Conditions shall apply in the Prohibited & Restricted Items. Note that the Disclaimer in Clause 6 of the Terms are fully applicable.
Following the guidelines, including the Seller Guidelines and the Buyer Guidelines, will reduce any issues you have in using the Services, and will promote a good experience for all Users.
Amasample prohibits the listing or sale of any items that are illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation at a local, state, provincial, national or international level.
Amasample reserves the right to remove any listings that we consider inappropriate or unfit for posting.
Our policies are often based on applicable laws and regulations, although in some cases, we may make listing decisions
based on input from our users and our own discretion, especially for dangerous or sensitive items. Some examples of items that are not allowed:
Advertisements for unidentified items
All types of offensive material
All types of illegal services and products
Animals and wildlife products – examples include live animals, mounted specimens, and ivory
Any items listed as “free” but are not
Artifacts, grave-related items, and sensitive tribal arts and crafts
Blood, bodily fluids, and body parts
Catalytic converters and test pipes
Charity or fundraising listings
Controlled chemical substances
Counterfeit currency, stamps, or coins
Databases containing personal data
Electronic surveillance equipment
Fireworks, destructive devices and explosives
Hazardous materials – examples include batteries, fireworks, and Freon
Identity documents, personal financial records, and personal information (in any form, including mailing lists).
IDs and licenses
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
Photography that you did not take
Third party Intellectual Property Rights
Perishable items (food)
Items encouraging illegal activity – examples include an eBook describing how to create methamphetamine
Items received through government assistance
Items that are defective or have poor quality
Lottery tickets or anything relating to gambling
Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix programs
Obscene material and all types of pornography including frontal nudity
Pirated or other counterfeit material
Plants, seeds, bulbs, raw cotton
Police and other security forces badges and uniforms
Political memorabilia (reproduction)
Prescription Drugs, medicines, supplements, and Devices
Sexually suggestive clothing including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, bathing suits, and erotic costumes
Stocks and other securities
Tobacco products (including vapes and e cigarettes)
Uncooked meat/poultry (food)
Unsafe consumer products
Used and injurious cosmetics
Weapons and firearms, firearm parts in addition
We may update the list of Prohibited & Restricted Items at any time, and all Sellers and Buyers are required to read this list before conducting any sales or purchases in relation to using the Services.
